elementor-size-default\">Ley 12\/2014, de 26 de diciembre, de transparencia y de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-460c8de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"460c8de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El objeto de la ley es la regulaci\u00f3n de la transparencia de la actividad p\u00fablica y del ejercicio del derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en el \u00e1mbito de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Canarias.<\/p><p>En cuanto a su \u00e1mbito subjetivo de aplicaci\u00f3n comprende tanto la Administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma como las entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas vinculadas o dependiente de la misma. Adem\u00e1s, en lo que se refiere a su actividad sujeta al Derecho administrativo, quedan sujetas a lo establecido en la ley las instituciones estatutarias.<\/p><p>Junto a ello se recoge la obligaci\u00f3n de publicar la informaci\u00f3n que se establece en el t\u00edtulo II, con las adaptaciones que sean precisas, de los partidos pol\u00edticos, organizaciones sindicales y empresariales as\u00ed como a las dem\u00e1s entidades privadas que perciban durante el per\u00edodo de un a\u00f1o ayudas o subvenciones p\u00fablicas financiadas con cargo a los Presupuestos de la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Canarias, cuando las ayudas o subvenciones que perciban superen los 60.000 euros o cuando las mismas representen al menos el 30% del total de sus ingresos anuales siempre que alcancen como m\u00ednimo la cantidad de 5.000 euros. Y, finalmente, la obligaci\u00f3n de suministrar informaci\u00f3n de las personas f\u00edsicas y jur\u00eddicas que presten servicios p\u00fablicos, ejerzan potestades administrativas o tengan vinculaci\u00f3n contractual con los organismos y entidades p\u00fablicas sujetas a la ley.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
