La Aquarela restaurant is situated in Patalavaca in the south of Gran Canaria with a view overlooking the sea. It was inaugurated more than 20 years ago with an objective of combining a high-class cuisine in a privileged ambiance.
After several years with an excellent reputation, it was actually in 1994 that La Aquarela enhanced its qualities with the arrival of the new owner, Gregorio Fernández.
Gregorio continues to maintain the reputation of the restaurant, and with his contribution, La Aquarela has become a landmark on the island.
